Return Policy
Every Sound™ accepts returns or exchanges for items purchased directly from our website within 30 days of purchase, under the following conditions:
- The item must show no visible signs of damage.
- All original packaging must be intact.
- Any signs of damage may void the Every Sound™ guarantee.
- Items cannot be returned or exchanged after 30 days from the date of purchase.
Please note that certain items are exempt from being returned, such as intimate (under-garment) or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, and flammable liquids or gases.
To process a return, we may require a receipt or proof of purchase (order confirmation email) with your order number.

Exchanges (if applicable)
To exchange an item, simply email us at info@myeverysound.com with your order number and reason for exchange. We’ll take it from there and ensure the process is smooth and hassle-free.
Return Shipping (if applicable)
You will be responsible for covering the shipping costs for returning your item.
For items valued over $75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you via email about the status of your refund approval. If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method.
Late or Missing Refunds (if applicable)
Refunds typically take 2-3 days to process between financial institutions. If you haven’t received your refund after this time, please reach out to us at info@myeverysound.com and we’ll investigate the matter further.
Damaged Items
In the event that you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us at info@myeverysound.com within 48 hours of delivery to report the issue. We will review the claim based on delivery confirmation and tracking data. Unfortunately, we may not be able to honour claims made outside of this timeframe.
