Shipping Policy
Every Sound™ partners with major international shipping companies like FedEx, SF Express, DHL, UPS, and EMS, working alongside local couriers to ensure seamless delivery to your door. We proudly offer flat-rate worldwide shipping to all our customers.
You will be charged when your order is placed, and all payments are subject to verification and approval before shipping, which may take a few days to process. To help combat credit card fraud, orders with incorrect billing information or requiring additional verification may be delayed or cancelled.
Shipping Process
We typically require 2-5 business days to fulfil your order and transport it to our carrier's sort facility. Please note that some items may take longer, especially around major holidays (up to 10 days), or if your order includes popular items that are currently experiencing stock availability issues.
Once your order begins processing through our shipping department, we are unable to make any changes (including address adjustments). Orders will only be shipped to the address provided at checkout.
We only ship on business days and do not operate on Saturdays, Sundays, or public holidays. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a Shipping Confirmation email.
For orders containing multiple items, products may be shipped separately and received on different dates due to varying manufacturing partner locations.
Tracking
All orders include tracking numbers. Once your order is dispatched to the carrier's sort facility, you will receive an email with the tracking number.
In some cases, it may take a few days for tracking information to appear in the system. If it has been more than 5 business days since you placed your order and there is still no tracking information, please contact us for assistance.
Deliveries
Shipping times vary depending on the destination. Specific delivery dates are not guaranteed, but here are our estimated shipping times for reference:

While we do our best to ensure your order arrives on time, Every Sound™ cannot be held responsible for delays caused by external factors such as postal or customs clearance, public holidays, severe weather, labour disputes, or other unforeseen circumstances that may affect delivery times.
Duties, Taxes, and Other Fees
International shipments may incur import taxes, duties, and/or customs clearance fees once the shipment reaches your country. These fees are the sole responsibility of the recipient. Every Sound™ has no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. If a shipment is refused and returned, you will be responsible for any import taxes and return shipping costs incurred.
Customs policies vary by country, so we recommend contacting your local customs office for further details.
Lost/Stolen/Damaged Packages
Every Sound™ is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages. If your tracking information indicates that your package has been delivered but you have not received it, please report it and file a claim with the respective shipping carrier.
Please note: We use the timestamp from the tracking link and delivery confirmation from the carrier when reviewing damage or return requests. Claims may not be honoured if they are not reported promptly.
Wrong Address Disclaimer
It is the buyer's responsibility to ensure the shipping address entered is correct before submitting an order. As we start processing orders immediately, we are unable to make changes after an order has been placed. If your order has already been processed by our shipping department, we cannot retrieve it for an address change.
